What the contract gives your procurement team
One rate, every site, 12 months
The annual rate on every call-off at every site in India, whatever its size. Ex-works Bengaluru, so the product rate is the same for every state; transport is priced on each call-off.
One contract, a PO per site
Each site raises its own call-off PO quoting the contract number. Call-offs by your EPC or contractors can be written into the contract.
A rate you can budget on
The rate changes only if the polypropylene granule price index moves by more than 10%, and then by no more than 3% a change.
A design for every site
The design, the bill of quantities and the drawings from our design engine, for every site you call off.
Training and QC in the rate
Your contractor’s team trained to the GridMats SOP, and the hold-point QC, built into the rate; on site or online, as agreed in the contract.
Supply and a quarterly review
The supply date confirmed with each call-off, and a review of the account with you every quarter.
For larger contracts
Stock held for your call-offs and production set aside for your programme. These are agreed case by case, from your volume and your call-off forecast, and written into the contract.

- Defect liability
- Defect liability: 1 year (DLP), our standard practice. After the training visit, your team shares project status updates (photographs, test reports, and any roadblocks or challenges) at each hold point and at the intervals set in the project agreement; the DLP applies only when these updates have been shared.
A whole park at one rate per km
For a solar, wind or logistics park: one rate per km of park road for the whole park, S1 or S2 by the traffic, priced from the park layout. Ask for the park rate (opens in a new tab).

Yes. Every call-off is at the annual rate, whatever its size.
Is the rate the same in every state?
Yes, the product rate is: prices are ex-works Bengaluru. Transport for each call-off is extra, with GST at 18%.

Do you handle approvals?
No. You secure the approvals and permits; we work alongside your team.
