Pallets and plywood-substitute boards made from multilayer plastic waste
MLP boards are heat-pressed from multilayered and single-use plastic waste, such as tetra packs, aluminium-lined film and chip packets, with no adhesive, no formaldehyde and no glue lines to delaminate. GridMats Pallets are fabricated from individually replaceable MLP members, so a damaged slat is replaced and the pallet stays in service; there is no timber, so no splinters, protruding nails or wood dust. The same boards already replace plywood in shuttering, site cabins, doors and scaffolding.

Where it is used
Pallets for export and logistics. Three footprints, 48 × 40, 59 × 44 and 78 × 65; members replaced one at a time.
Crates and packaging. Boards and lumber for crate panels and pallet assembly lines.
Construction. Shuttering (20+ reuses), site cabins, doors and scaffolding.
Traceable fleets. An optional QR, RFID or IoT identifier per pallet, linked to your WMS, TMS or ERP.

Samples and indicative costing on request. The board figures are from Indian test houses; the pallet figures are simulation, so load, stacking and impact are for your lab to establish. Figures from GridMats product data; confirm them for your project.

- We send samples in the formats and thicknesses you nominate, with indicative costing.
- Your lab establishes load, stacking, impact, humidity and fastener performance against your specification.
- Supply by purchase order, with optional QR or RFID tracking.
