Recycled-polypropylene grass paver, 30 mm for cars and fire-lane access on a base we design, 20 mm for walkways, on sand bedding and an open-graded base, filled with a sandy root-zone mix and seeded or turfed. Soil-filled OC-LW 40 where an earth path is wanted. Edge restraint all round; U-nails on slopes and at edges.

Why it wins
- The roots stay uncrushed. The paver holds the root zone and the base we design takes the load; green where a lawn would rut.
- Supports green-cover rules and permeable-area requirements, subject to local approvals; drains like a lawn.
- Foot traffic at once, vehicles once the grass is 60 mm and rooted (4–6 weeks).
- Low upkeep. Mow and water; no resurfacing, no repainting.
- ESG line item. Per 1,000 m²: 3 t of plastic waste reused, 1,000 m² of green cover kept, about 870 m³ of rain a year infiltrated.

Installation at a glance
The six steps, what you need and when it opens, on one page. The installation guide comes by email on request; the SOP, the hold-point checklists and the method statement for your site come with your order. We train your contractor’s team: on site for up to 3 days for orders of 2,000 m² or more once the site is confirmed ready, online at no extra cost below that; on-site training is built into the product rate (one PO).

Drainage and terrain
Designs are customised to geography, rainfall intensity and topography: sub-surface drains sized to the rainfall class, cross-sections for plain and steep terrain.
