Order and pay

How a project order works

1. Free estimate and design. An indicative price on screen now; our engineers then send the design and the bill of quantities.
2. Formal quote. A GridMats quote by email, priced by order size, ex-works, GST 18% extra, transport at cost.
3. Your purchase order. Send it to sales@gridmats.com with your GSTIN and the delivery address; we confirm the supply date.
4. Advance invoice with a Pay button. Pay on the secure payment page by UPI, card or net banking, or by NEFT/RTGS to the account printed on the invoice.
5. Dispatch and training. A GST tax invoice in your company's name. We train your contractor's execution team and give our SOP and installation guide: for orders of 2,000 m² or more, our trainer comes on site for up to 3 days, once you confirm in writing that the site is ready and your execution team is available, and demonstrates about 100 m² of installation to the project agreement and the SOP; smaller orders are trained online at no extra cost. On-site training is built into the product rate on your quote, so there is one PO with no separate service order; online training is at no extra cost.

Terms: 100% advance with the order, GST 18% extra, transport at cost. Unloading at site is by the customer. On-site training is built into the product rate: one PO. Defect liability: 1 year (DLP), our standard practice. After the training visit, your team shares project status updates (photographs, test reports, and any roadblocks or challenges) at each hold point and at the intervals set in the project agreement; the DLP applies only when these updates have been shared.
