Test data
Laboratory compression tests on the panel. OC-HD 40: 170 t/m² empty (latest test report); filled, about 320 t/m² with cold asphalt and 3,200–4,000 t/m² with M25 concrete at 5 days (Stedrant, 2021). OC-LW 40: 105 / 200 t/m² in-house; third-party test due Q4 2026. Panel tests compare panels; a pavement's capacity comes from the base designed for its traffic and soil. RoHS compliant and polypropylene confirmed by FTIR (NABL-accredited lab, 2023); melting-point report on request.
IIT Hyderabad research
Modulus improvement factor 2.00 at CBR 5% and 1.63 at CBR 10%, from large-scale tank tests with OC-LW 40 at the GSB/WMM interface (report, October 2025). Presented at TGS2026, IISc Bengaluru, for publication by Springer.

Installation and training
A one-page installation sheet for each system is open to all, in the library below. The installation guide comes by email on request; the SOP, the hold-point checklists and the method statement for your site come with your order, and we train your contractor’s execution team: on site for up to 3 days for orders of 2,000 m² or more, once you confirm in writing that the site is ready; online at no extra cost below that. On-site training is built into the product rate on your quote, so there is one PO with no separate service order; online training is at no extra cost.
Drainage and terrain
GridMats gravel and grass designs are customised to the geography, rainfall intensity and topography of the site: sub-surface drains sized to four rainfall classes, cross-sections for flat, graded, steep and embankment sites. On the permeable systems the rain is drained below the surface.
