OC-HD (trucks) or OC-LW (cars) 40 mm grid on a compacted, open-graded base, filled with clean angular 8–12 mm chips and plate-compacted. Natural grey, black basalt, white marble or red laterite chips. Kerb or edge restraint; U-nails 1 per 2–3 m² on roads and slopes, 1 per 10 m² on flat yards.

Why it wins
- Open the same day. Nothing to cure; the crew leaves, the traffic arrives.
- Rain goes through it. Rainfall passes into an open-graded base and sub-surface drains sized to the site’s rainfall; edge and outfall drains where the levels need them.
- Designed to the terrain and the rain. Cross-section by topography, drainage by rainfall intensity: plain or steep sites.
- Chips stay in place. Cell confinement controls migration and reduces rutting, on a base designed to the IRC:37 rutting criterion; repairs are a top-up.
- ESG line item. Per 1,000 m²: 6.6 t of plastic waste reused, no cement, about 870 m³ of rain a year returned to the ground at Bengaluru rainfall.

The installation guide comes by email on request; the SOP, the hold-point checklists and the method statement for your site come with your order. We train your contractor’s team: on site for up to 3 days for orders of 2,000 m² or more once the site is confirmed ready, online at no extra cost below that; on-site training is built into the product rate (one PO).

Drainage and terrain
Designs are customised to geography, rainfall intensity and topography: sub-surface drains sized to the rainfall class, cross-sections for plain and steep terrain.
