Floors and roads that report their own load, wear and weather
GridMats IoT embeds sensors in GridMats floors and roads and adds site sensors for the weather around them. A live dashboard shows loads, surface stress, footfall, temperature and moisture, and flags overloads and wear before they become failures. It comes out of GridMats research and development and is scoped project by project.

Where it is used
Warehouses and logistics hubs. Weight distribution under racks and forklift routes, overload alerts, and data for better storage layouts.
Roads, weighbridges and compounds. Vehicle loads, traffic trends and pavement wear; weighbridges, border posts and secure compounds.
Plazas, malls and campuses. Footfall counts and microclimate readings for planning and safety.
Living walls and public spaces. Temperature, humidity and air quality, as on the Cool Green Wall.
