The visible-hexagon concrete road, built flush by teams we train
OC-HD 40 wet-set into a lean-concrete bed or laid on plastic, filled with a flowable M30–M40 blend on 10 mm aggregate and finished flush; the cell tops are the finish. No overlay, no grinding. U-nails anchor the grid to the base at the SOP spacing; the cell walls act as the joints, with expansion joints only at bay edges and structures; steel is kept to the minimum the site condition calls for.

Why it wins
- Concrete stops at the top of the cell. No overlay, no groove cutting, no grinding: the hexagon pattern is the finish.
- Built by teams we train. We train your contractor’s execution team and give our SOP and installation guide: for orders of 2,000 m² or more, our trainer comes on site for up to 3 days, once you confirm in writing that the site is ready and your execution team is available, and demonstrates about 100 m² of installation to the project agreement and the SOP; smaller orders are trained online at no extra cost. Mix design approved, slump per truck, finish height checked at the cell top, curing compound photographed.
- The only concrete we sell. Offered on request where a client wants a concrete look and accepts the method. We never put the grid under a slab.
- Faster than a jointed slab. Light traffic 24 h, 40% load at 7 days, full load at 28 days.

Choose S4 when
- The client or consultant requires a concrete finish
- A visible hexagon concrete surface is wanted
- Areas where the specification calls for concrete
Not ideal when
- Lowest cost or permeability is the priority: S1 or S2 usually costs less
- Full load is needed before 28 days

Installation at a glance
The six steps, what you need and when it opens, on one page. The installation guide comes by email on request; the SOP, the hold-point checklists and the method statement for your site come with your order. We train your contractor’s team: on site for up to 3 days for orders of 2,000 m² or more once the site is confirmed ready, online at no extra cost below that; on-site training is built into the product rate (one PO).

Drainage and terrain
Designs are customised to geography, rainfall intensity and topography: sub-surface drains sized to the rainfall class, cross-sections for plain and steep terrain.
